Why Pro-Stat Gun?

Designed for Automobile Repair Shops and Paint Application Booths

To our knowledge, we know that not all existing cable versions comply with the new IECEx regulations currently in force for electrical products used in flammable areas such as spray booths.

Designed for easy use in automobile repair shops and paint booths, the Pro-Stat gun generates high voltage ionization using lithium polymer batteries to neutralize the static electricity accumulated on the surface. Fully compliant with IECEx regulations for North America and Atex directive for Europe, this compact portable device removes the restrictions of wired versions, allowing you to use it in any part of your business.

Pro-Stat Gun Offers Direct Solutions To The Following Problems

Color Matching Issues (plastic to metal)

Have you ever had a situation where when you paint plastic bumpers next to metal panels, the plastic looks like a different hue than the metal panel? Due to the much higher electrostatic charge in the plastic, the paint particles spread upward providing a different visual effect and create a different appearance as the paint lies on the metal panel. The device directly avoids the color orientation problem with the technology it offers.

Dust and Dirt

The most common visual effect of the electrostatic effect is the attraction of dust and dirt particles, which become apparent after applying clean/varnish. The simple reason for this is that the electrostatic charge attracts any particles around it; therefore the higher the load, the more pollution, the plastic components are more affected by the conductive parts.

Color Orientation / Shading

Electrostatic charge has both positive and negative charge, color matching problems arise when this charge has negative and positive poles, especially when painting light colored metallic paints such as silver, electrostatic charge will attract and repel the paint particles, resulting in uneven coloration, leaving an uneven coating, cause sticky lines and other uneven problems.
